How some businesses put people first
Isn’t it interesting how some businesses are all about making money, they have high-stress environments, the employee’s job is on the line week after week because they must hit the assigned quota as well as their boss or manager always looking over their shoulder. Unfortunately, there are a lot of companies like that, and they justify this mindset because they hit the quotas, succeed and even flourish, but at what cost?
Now Imagine if you worked with a company that provided a stable income, gave you a job where stress was not a factor, allowed you to be yourself, work with a team, and set your own hours. Well, when we posted the story of directories we decided to look deeper into the company. their offers were really good, actually quite amazing! Where it allowed employees to literally decide their income. They offered packages to their employees, they had the option to work at a base salary with commission or commission-based only where the sky is the limit. they even set up their structure where employees were paid weekly. Very uncommon in the Philippines, most employers pay their staff monthly.
When they set their paid ad with our blog site, we noticed the approach they took in hiring people. They called their prospects “ANGELS WITH PATIENTS” and they mentioned no need for a bachelor’s or master’s. Just an opportunity to work, (work from home) get paid, and be part of a great team.
We would say if you are looking for opportunities in this day and age you may want to consider a company like this. We know we would if we lived in the Philippines.
